Clyde Moore

Clyde Moore, age 93, a McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County, TN native died December 10, 2015 at Raintree Manor following an extended illness. He was a retired employee of McMinnville Electric System, member of the Liberty Cumberland Presbyterian Church and son of the late Frank and Grace Riggs Moore. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brother and sister-in-law, Harold & Mae Stiles Moore; sisters-in-law, Barbara Bailey Moore and Dot Pistole Moore; brothers-in-law, Ruben Miller, Paul George and Tom Mathis. Mr. Moore was married October 4, 1946 to Helen Marie LeFevers Moore who survives. He is also survived by two daughters, Barbara (Clayton) Wilcher of Rock Island, TN and Sara Jean (Larry) Wilson of Acworth, GA; son Tommy (Vickey) Moore of McMinnville; grandchildren, Patrick (Ami) Wilcher of Rock Island, Jilene (Bo) Bennett of Powell, TN and Cally (Jacob) Bost of McMinnville; great-grandchildren, Jacob, Hunter and Emily Wilcher, Asher Bost and Blaze Bennett; five sisters, Margaret Miller, Edith Mathis, Doris George, Madge Hutchins and Polly Cagle; two brothers, David Moore and J.C. Moore. Funeral service will be 3:30 p.m. Sunday, December 13, 2015 in High's Chapel with Lanny Johnson to officiate. Interment will follow in the Liberty Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, December 12, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m and Sunday at 9:00 a.m. until time of service at High's.
