Martha Jean Hudson

McMinnville, TN resident and Scottsboro, AL native Martha Jean Hudson, age 58, was born October 20, 1957 and died December 17, 2015 at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, TN following a brief illness. A factory worker at Findlay Industries and a member of Victory Free Will Baptist Church, she was the daughter of the late James and Martha Pauline McGuire Lee. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two children, Gregory Hudson and Janet Rena Hudson; two sisters, Doris Watts and Brenda Duggin; and two brothers, Ronnie and Jerry Lee. She was married to David Hudson of McMinnville. In addition to her husband, she is survived by two children, Regina Hudson and Patricia Kilgore both of McMinnville; five grandchildren, Haley Kilgore, Timothy Kilgore, Jr., Bailey Morton, Kenneth Morton and Katie Morton all of McMinnville; and several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 19, 2015 in High's Chapel with Kenneth Kirby and Jerry Hudson officiating. Burial will follow in Shellsford Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service Saturday at High's.
