Margaret Juanita Johnson

Margaret Juanita Johnson, age 76, a Shelbyville, TN resident and Spencer, TN native died January 18, 2016 at her residence following an extended illness. She was a homemaker, member of the Baptist Church and daughter of the late Carroll and Polly Ann Manus Simmons. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Clifford Johnson; sons, Randall Dean Johnson and Stephen Dewayne Johnson; and brothers, William and Carroll Simmons. Ms. Johnson is survived by five children, Clifford Michael (Terri Lynne) Johnson of Shelbyville, Gerald Ray (Clara) Johnson of McMinnville, TN, Sherry Delynne (Kenneth) Hall and Tammy Renee (Steve) Miles both of Murfreesboro, TN and Tracy Dale (Kim) Johnson of Lawrenceburg, TN; ten grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Emma June Schippers of Hernandez, FL and Carolyn Ann Mooneyham of Spencer. Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday in High's Chapel with Donnie Cox to officiate. Interment will follow in the Lost Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 20, 2016 and 8:00 a.m. Thursday until time of service at High's.
