Helen Marie Lefevers Moore

McMinnville, TN resident and Cannon County, TN native Helen Marie Lefevers Moore, age 89, was born June 1, 1926 and died January 27, 2016 at Raintree Manor following an extended illness. A homemaker and a member of Liberty Cumberland Presbyterian Church, she was the daughter of the late James Madison and Eulan Mae Tharp Lefevers. She was married October 4, 1946 to Clyde Franklin Moore who preceded her in death December 10, 2015. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by sister, Kathleen Duncan. She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara and Clayton Wilcher of Rock Island, TN and Sara Jean and Larry Wilson of Acworth, GA; son and daughter-in-law, Tommy and Vickey Moore of McMinnville; three grandchildren and spouses, Patrick and Ami Wilcher of Rock Island, TN, Jilene and Bo Bennett of Powell, TN and Cally and Jacobs Bost of McMinnville; five great-grandchildren, Jacob, Hunter and Emily Wilcher, Asher Bost and Blaze Bennett; sister and brother-in-law, Dorothy and Thomas Mears, Sr. of McMinnville; brother and sister-in-law, James and Martha Lefevers of Kentucky; brother-in-law, John Duncan of McMinnville; and several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 30, 2016 in High's Chapel with Lanny Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Liberty Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday and from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service Saturday at High's.
