Teddy Lee Collins

Morrison, TN resident and Warren County, TN native Teddy Lee Collins, age 47, was born September 10, 1968 and died April 13, 2016 at Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN following a sudden illness. A nursery worker and member of the Church of Christ, he was the son of Mildred Herrin of the Vervilla Community and Alford Collins of Athens, AL. In addition to his mother and father, he is survived by step-father, Calvin Herrin of the Vervilla Community; step-mother, Peggy Collins of Athens, AL; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Ricky and Donna Collins of Viola, TN, Glenn and Michelle Collins of Mufreesboro, TN and Douglas and Brandy Herrin of the Vervilla Community; sister and brother-in-law, Susie and Bill Wilson of Murfreesboro, TN; two step-brothers, J.R. Herrin and wife Annette of the Vervilla Community and Keith Herrin and wife Deanna of Sparta, TN; two step-sisters, Lorie Frame and husband Mark of Winchester, TN and Cindy Thaxton of Spencer, TN; and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles also survive. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 16, 2016 in High's Chapel with Bill Boyd and Colby Mooneyham officiating. Burial will follow in Bascom Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Friday and from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service Saturday at High's.
