Rafael Santos

Rafael A. Santos, age 36, a Smithville, TN resident and Chihuhua, Mexico native died April 26, 2016 at St. Thomas River Park Hospital following a sudden illness. He was an employee with McMinnville Lawn and Garden, member of the Catholic Church and son of Rafael & Olga Santos of Smithville. In addition to his parents, he is survived by son, Dametruiz Santos of McMinnville; sister, Karina Soto & husband Jose of McMinnville; two brothers, Victor Santos and wife Rebecca and Carlos Santos both of Smithville; significant other, Amy Chinchilla of McMinnville; special friends, Laklyn May and Mia Chinchilla both of McMinnville; and nieces and nephews, Victor and Maribel Santos both of Smithville and Emily and Amberley Soto both of McMinnville. Funeral service will be 4:00 p.m. Sunday, May 1, 2016 in High's Chapel with Father David Cooney and Gabino Martinez to officiate. Interment will follow in Mt. View Cemetery. Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. Sunday until time of service at High's. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
