Charles Winfred Lawson

Charles Winfred Lawson, age 62, a McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County, TN native died May 12, 2016 in St. Thomas West Hospital following a sudden illness. He was an employee with Bouldin and Lawson, member of the Church of God and son of the late Avery and Betty Cantrell Lawson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sister, Margaret Watts. Mr. Lawson is survived by wife, Sonda Lawson; five children and spouse, Tommy and April Lawson, Maranda Lawson and Tyler Crips, Travis Brown, Jessica Fults and Chance Lawson all of McMinnville; four grandchildren, J. Drew Lawson, Savannah, Brooklyn and Jackson Fults all of McMinnville; brothers and sister-in-law, Kenneth Lawson and Scotty and Angela Lawson all of McMinnville; sisters and brothers-in-law, Pat and Kenny Roberts of McMinnville and Chris and Eddie Kirby of Arkansas; and step-sister and step-brother-in-law, Katrina and Bucky Hobbs of McMinnville. Several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 14, 2016 in High's Chapel with Scotty Lawson officiating. Interment will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday, May 13, 2016 and 10:00 a.m. Saturday until time of service at High's.
