Brenda Faye Simmons

Smartt, TN resident and Warren County, TN native Brenda Faye Simmons, age 55, was born October 4, 1960 and died June 8, 2016 at her residence following a sudden illness. She was the daughter of Lee Earl Lorance of Smartt, TN and the late Frances Claudine Walker Lorance. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by daughter, Ashley Simmons. In addition to her father, she is survived by son, Lucian Simmons of McMinnville; brother and sister-in-law, Gary and Barbara Lorance of McMinnville; aunts, Bobbie Sharpe and Marie Foutch both of McMinnville, and Faye Youngblood of Morrison, TN; uncle, James A. Lorance of McMinnville; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; and several cousins also survive. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, June 10, 2016 in High's Chapel with Jon Kent officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, June 9, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service Friday at High's.
