Brenda Paulette Woodlee

Brenda Paulette Woodlee, age 65, a McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County, TN native died June 12, 2016 at her residence following a two-year illness. She was a retired caregiver, member of Irving College Baptist Church and daughter of the late Robert Armstrong Bond, Sr. and Matilda Pauline Bond Stroud. Mrs. Woodlee was married to Buford Howard Woodlee who preceded her in death on November 16, 2009. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by step-father, Joe Stroud, Jr. Survivors include brother and sister-in-law, Bobby and Joyce Bond, Jr. of McMinnville; niece, Amanda Wiggans; three sisters-in-law, Nelma and W.C. Chilton, Nona and Ken Martin and Frances Woodlee all of McMinnville; step-brother, Joe Stroud III of Nashville; step-sisters, Susan Bryant of Mt. Juliet, TN and Sara Jane Hefner of Morrison, TN; step-niece, Martha Stroud; foster brother, Lawton Pelham of McMinnville; foster sister, Maxine Button of McMinnville; adopted family, Mark, Jessica, Karissa and Garrett Smartt all of McMinnville; and special friends at Caris Hospice. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at High's Chapel with Bobby Bond and Jon Kent to officiate. Interment will follow in Armstrong Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 14, 2016 and 9:00 a.m. Wednesday until the time of service at High's.
