Jerry Steve McCormack

Jerry Steve McCormack, age 60, a Smithville, TN resident and Warren County, TN native died July 22, 2016 at his residence following an extended illness. He was a former employee of Nissan and son of the late Amos and Nina Prater McCormack. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sister, Ellen Caldwell and brother, Samuel Ramage. Mr. McCormack is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Andy Steve and Renee McCormack of McMinnville; daughter, Melissa Anita McCormack of McMinnville; two granddaughters; two sisters, Mildred Forsyth of Beersheba Springs, TN and Elaine Jones of Arizona; two brothers, Ralph Clayton McCormack and Paul Morris McCormack both of McMinnville; companion, Jo Evelyn Vaughn of McMinnville; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside service and interment will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 27, 2016 in Webb Cemetery. There will be no visitation at High's.
