Marilyn Kaye Hattaway Woods, age 68, a McMinnville, TN resident and West Palm Beach, FL native entered into rest with her Lord and Savior on August 10, 2016 following an extended illness. Kaye enjoyed sewing, crafts, fishing in Alaska and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was a homemaker, member of Earlyville Church of Christ and daughter of the late Clem R. and Helen Bernice Bullimore Hattaway. Mrs. Woods was married September 9, 1966 to Brian D. Woods who survives. In addition to her husband, she is survived by children and spouses, Brian D. Woods II of Andalusia, AL, Christopher and Christy Woods of Wasilla, Alaska, Kimberly Woods of McMinnville and Debra Hartl of McMinnville; grandchildren, Matthew Ryan Odineal-Woods, Dylan Hartl, Brianna Hartl, Helen “Sissy” Hartl, Paul Woods and Dalton Hartl; great-grandchild, Malachi Woods; sister and brother-in-law, Linda Anne and Thomas Angel of Smithville, TN; and brothers and sisters-in-law, R.W. and Katherine Hattaway of Smithville and Steven and Doris Hattaway of McMinnville. Several nieces and nephews also survive. In celebration of her life visitation will be 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Friday, August 12, 2016 and 12:00 p.m. Saturday until time of service at High’s. Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, August 13, 2016 in High’s Chapel with Johnny Lance to officiate. Interment will follow in Centertown Cemetery.
