Thomas Kevin Milstead

Thomas Kevin Milstead, age 60, a McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County native died September 25, 2016 at his residence following an extended illness. He was a self-employed guitar instructor, member of the Church of Christ and son of the late Thomas Earl Milstead and Eona York Milstead. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother, Randall "Tojo" Milstead; maternal grandparents, Henry and Bertha York; and paternal grandparents, Claude and Lena Milstead. Mr. Milstead is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Kristy and Terry Dodson of McMinnville; two grandchildren, Kamileya Roberson and Kyleigh Dodson both of McMinnville; step-mother, Edna Milstead of Spencer, TN; and special friends, Scott Horton and Ronnie Fowler. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 28, 2016 in High's Chapel with Dal Barrett to officiate. Interment will follow in Hebron Cemetery. Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday and 9:00 a.m. Wednesday until time of service at High's. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Kamileya Roberson's college fund in care of High's.
