Mary Sue Clendenon

Mary Sue Clendenon, age 79, a McMinnville, TN resident and Van Buren County, TN native died October 16, 2016 in NHC McMinnville following an extended illness. She was a retired employee with the McMinnville Garment Company, member of the St. Mary's Church of Christ, and daughter of the late George Franklin McBride and Illa Elizabeth Hillis McBride. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Lofton "Dib" Clendenon; sister Dorothy Bishop and brothers Willard and Louis McBride. Ms. Clendenon is survived by son, Kent Clendenon of McMinnville; daughter and son-in-law, Frankie and Chris Kelly of Lebanon, TN; three grandchildren and spouses, Nick and Lacey Kelly of Lebanon, Tn, Ben and Lindsey Kelly of McMinnville, TN and Macaulli Clendenon of Chattanooga, Tn; five great-grandchildren, Mason Lofton Kelly, Noah Kelly, Annabelle Kelly, Shelby Kelly and Micah Kelly; and special friend, Noel Green of McMinnville. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at the Hebron Church of Christ with Greg Rains officiating. Interment will follow in Hebron Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday and 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at High's.
