Gary Bruce Pack

Gary Bruce Pack, age 64, a McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County, TN native died October 18, 2016 in Vanderbilt Medical Center following a one-year illness. Mr. Pack graduated from McMinnville Central High School in 1969 and attended MTSU. He was a nurseryman, landscaper and farmer and son of the late James Austin and Wanda Sunelle Campbell Pack. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, O.C. and Gertrude Sanders Campbell; paternal grandparents, Otis and Lena Belle Vickers Pack; and sister, Rena Jill Pack Roberson. He was married September 18, 1976 to Bettye Ann Smith Pack who survives. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two brothers and sisters-in-law, Jamison A. and Tonia Pack and Jabin L. and Vickie Pack all of McMinnville; two sisters and brother-in-law, Brenda Sue and David Blisk of Vienna, VA and Jamie Lynn Pack of McMinnville; uncle, Wren Campbell and wife Ann of Birchwood, TN; aunt, Linda Pack Deboe of Murfreesboro, TN; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. Saturday, October 22, 2016 in High’s Chapel with Bro. Bill Williams to officiate. Pall bearers for the service will be Carl Campbell, Jr., James “Charlie” Montgomery, Jason Flowers, Garrett Pack, Alex Pack and Samuel Pack. Interment will follow in Charles Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday and 10:00 a.m. Saturday until time of service at High’s.
