William "Billy" Allen

William “Billy” Allen, age 61, a McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County, TN native died October 26, 2016 in St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital following an extended illness. He was an employee with Preston-Carroll Construction, member of the Baptist Church and son of the late James Herbert and Ruby Mai Morgan Allen. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Frank and Wilson Allen. Mr. Allen was married March 9, 1978 to Joyce Allen who survives. In addition to his wife he is survived by son, Jay Allen of Murfreesboro, TN; step-son, Dennie Vaughn of McMinnville; five grandchildren, Talia and J.J. Vaughn, Madison Allen and Christopher and Cody Martin; special niece and nephew, Lacey and Aaron Cannon; special great-nephew, Jason Elliot Donovo; and sister, Lynn Allen of Kissimee, FL. A graveside service and interment will be held at 3:30 p.m. Friday, October 28, 2016 in Bethlehem Cemetery. Visitation will be 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Friday at High’s.
