William "Bill" Albert Harmon

Baxter, TN resident and Cannon County, TN native William "Bill" Albert Harmon, age 82, was born December 15, 1933 and died November 18, 2016 at NHC Healthcare in Cookeville, TN following a short illness. A retired truck driver and a member of the Methodist Church, he was the son of the late Roscoe and Bertie Cantrell Harmon. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two children, Bobby Harmon and Betty Moore. He is survived by sister, June McBride of Smithville, TN; special friend, Aline Gantt of Baxter, TN; and also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nephews. A graveside service and interment will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 19, 2016 in Banks Cemetery, DeKalb County, TN with Garry McBride officiating. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until 10:15 a.m. Saturday at High's.
