Jessie Ledbetter

Jessie Ledbetter, age 73, a McMinnville, TN resident and Crossville, TN native was born July 27, 1944 and died December 2, 2017 at NHC Healthcare of McMinnville following an extended illness. He was a retired self-employed dairy farmer, member of Calvary Baptist Church and son of the late Haskell and Nellie Marie Eldridge Ledbetter. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by wife, Margret Cox Ledbetter; sister, Mildred Moats; brother, Walter Lee Ledbetter; niece, Mildred Marie Segrest; and nephew, Walter Spino. Mr. Ledbetter is survived by nephew, James Wilkes and wife Amanda of Morrison, TN; nieces, Peggy Moats of Alabama and Margret Moats of Monterey, TN; and great-nieces, Reena Wilkes of Morrison and Katherine Brickles of McMinnville. A memorial service will be held Saturday, December 16, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church with Tom Fittis to officiate. Inurnment will follow in Ragsdale Cemetery.
