McMinnville, TN resident and Madison County, AL native Addie Lee Fults, age 83, was born February 16, 1937 and died December 4, 2020 at her residence following a brief illness. A retired bank teller at First National Bank for 42 years and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, she was the daughter of the late Oscar "Bud" and Neoshia Starnes Elledge. She was married on June 29, 1962 to Robert Louis "Bob" Fults who preceded her in death on January 23, 2007. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Bobby Joe and James Lewis Elledge; and nephew, Mike Puckett. She is survived by four sisters, Carolyn Puckett of Nashville, TN, Diane Starkey (Duane Rondolet) of McMinnville, TN, Mary Semsar of Charleston, SC and Melissa Fletcher of Cookeville, TN; nieces and nephews, Shannon and Joey Haston of McMinnville, TN, Laura Starkey of McMinnville, TN, Andrea and Jason Guzak of Texas, Jon and Alanna Starkey of McMinnville, TN, Ashley and George MaGrath, Joe and Jenna Semsar, John Semsar, and Lauren and Teddy Pejeau all of South Carolina, Kristen and Paul Hoffman of Oregon, Lisa Ateshkari of Nashville, TN and Deanna and Biff Anderson of Alabama; and great-nieces and great-nephews, Madeline Haston, Jalen Haston, Ella McCoy, Mea Starkey, Caysen and James Starkey, Addison and Wesley Hoffman, Elyas and Isaac Guzak, and Pasha and Paresa Ateshkari. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, December 6, 2020 in High's Chapel with Adrian Hale, Michael Weeter, and Joe Moffitt officiating. Burial will follow at Wesley Chapel Cemetery in Coffee County, TN. Visitation will be from 11:30 a.m. until the time of service Sunday at High's. Masks and social distancing are mandatory.
