Allie Mae Orrick

Centertown Community resident and Cannon County, TN native, Allie Mae Orrick, age 81, was born August 2, 1938 and passed away July 22, 2020 at NHC Healthcare in McMinnville, TN, following a sudden illness. A retired school bus driver of 32 years with Warren County School System and a member of Bethel Hill Baptist Church, she was the daughter of the late Wiley and Aline Smithson Ferrell. She was married to James Albert Orrick who preceded her in death. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two half-brothers, Hoyte and Freeman Prater. Mrs. Orrick is survived by two children, Deborah Orrick and James “Jimmy” Anthony Orrick, both of the Centertown Community; grandson, Coty Orrick of the Centertown Community; and step-grandson, Bryan Mullican of Woodbury, TN. A graveside service and interment will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, July 24, 2020 at Unity Cemetery with Tommy Lusk officiating. There will be no service or visitation at High’s.
