Azlan James Scott

Azlan James Scott was born May 15, 2024 and died February 15, 2025, at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital in Nashville following a sudden illness.

Azlan was the infant son of Austin Tyler Totherow, Mallory Jo Scott and James Layne White all of McMinnville. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Tamara Campbell, James White and Stacy Scott and great-great-grandparents Josie Winchester and Lucille Campbell.

In addition to his parents, Azlan is survived by grandparents, Aimee (Bruce) Mathias, Rachel Hill and James LaRandy Pack, II; aunts and uncles, Nicole Dunford, Chris and Maranda Scott, Keegon and Grace Scott, Ethan Hall, Gabriel Totherow, Syllvia Totherow, Destiny Pack, Jade Pack, Mariah Pack and Cody Campbell; several cousins; great-grandparents, Steve and Vicki Wright, Yvonne Harbin, Joseph Hill, Lynell Williams, Daniel Campbell, Tammy Hill, Randy Jones, Tama Popplewell, Ernie Lee Campbell, Dale Deason, Shorty and Steve Goolsby; great-great-grandparents, Dorothy “Diddy” Campbell, Bob and Norma Deason and great-great-grandfather and best-friend, Don “Grandad” Campbell.

The family will receive visitors on Tuesday, February 18, 2025 in High’s Parlors from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 p.m. The family requests anyone who attends to wear bright colors, in memory of Azlan.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to assist the family with funeral expenses at High’s Venmo or in person at High’s.
