Morrison, TN resident and Warren County native Barry Evans Estes, age 49, was born November 5, 1974 and died May 13, 2024 at St. Thomas River Park Hospital following a sudden illness.
An employee of Rich's in Murfreesboro and member of Gath Baptist Church, he was the son of Margie King of Centertown and the late Harold Estes. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by brother, Bobby Estes and grandson, Paxton Romans.
Barry was married March 29, 2014 to Michelle Estes of Morrison who survives. In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughter, Marcy (Alex) Romans of McMinnville; grandchild, Ireland Romans; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Randy (Debbie) Esmeyer of Morrison; step-father, John King of Centertown; brother, Brent Estes of Murfreesboro; sister, Rosie Grissom of McMinnville; nephews, Kyle Robinson, Aaron Estes and Joe Esmeyer; nieces, Allie Simmons, Stefanie Esmeyer and Miranda; great-nephew, JaeBeau Esmeyer; several cousins and other family members and brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Charlene (Danny) Prater of McMinnville, Beth Esmeyer of Morrison and Roy (Tracy) Esmeyer of McMinnville.
Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 18, 2024 in High's Chapel with Danny Barnes to officiate. Interment will follow at Gath Cemetery in McMinnville. Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday and 9:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Saturday at High's.
