Billie Joyce Fults

McMinnville resident and Warren County native, Billie Joyce Fults, age 78, was born January 20, 1947 and died April 12, 2025 at her residence following an extended illness.

A retired employee of Powermatic and member of the Madison St. Baptist Church, she was the daughter of the late Willie D. and Christine Ford York. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Debbie York.

Mrs. Fults is survived by her husband of 58 years, Don Fults. In addition to her husband, she is survived by son, Donnie Fults (Amber Dodson) of McMinnville; grandchildren, Chase Allen Fults, Maci Fults and Jocelyn Jones; great-grandchildren, Grover Fults and Kamdyn Morris; sister, Jennifer York of Tullahoma, TN; niece, Hailey (Isaac) Rolling and several special friends.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at Madison St. Baptist Church with Bro. Harlan Simmons officiating. Burial will follow at Shellsford Cemetery in Warren County. Visitation will be Monday from 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Tuesday from 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at High’s.
