Brenda Alice Wanamaker

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Brenda Alice Wanamaker, age 80, was born August 25, 1944 and died January 30, 2025 at her residence following an extended illness. 

A retired factory worker and a member of Shiloh Community Church, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Thelma Taylor Talley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Jack, Wayne and Charles Talley and sister, Peggy Verplank. 

She was married June 27, 1965 to Hal Wanamaker of McMinnville who survives. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Wanamaker is survived by sons, Tommy (Darlene) Bryant and Terry (Paula) Wanamaker, both of McMinnville; daughter, Tammy Keel of McMinnville; six grandchildren, Trishta (Brennen) Meade of Morrison, TN, Coty (Ashley) Keel and Cody Durham, both of McMinnville, Callie (Phil) Hitchcock of Rutherford County, TN, Salem Wanamaker of Nashville, TN and Carter J. Wanamaker of McMinnville; sister, Shirley Ware of McMinnville and several nieces and nephews. 

Mrs. Wanamaker was cremated. No service or visitation will be held at High’s.
