Carol Ann Judkins Hobbs

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Carol Ann Judkins Hobbs, age 63, was born November 7, 1959 and died December 23, 2022 at St. Thomas Midtown Hospital in Nashville, TN following an extended illness.  

A homemaker and member of the Church of Christ, she was the daughter of Jean Judkins of McMinnville and the late Jerry Judkins.  In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by grandparents, J.P. and Corda Stanley and brother-in-law, Tooter Bell.

Carol is survived by her husband of 44 years, Morris Hobbs of McMinnville.  In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by three children, Ben (Holli) Hobbs of McMinnville, Brad (Jana) Hobbs of Missouri and Amy Beth (Randy) Rich of Sparta, TN;  six grandchildren, Randal, J.P., Emma, Ryan, Jagger and Henley;  two sisters, Connie Bell of McMinnville and Rene (Michael) Henderson of Texas and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 31, 2022 in High's Chapel with inurnment following at Mt. View Cemetery in McMinnville, TN. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at High Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or The Shriners Children's Hospital.
