McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County native Cecilia Wade, age 65, was born February 23, 1959 and died August 13, 2024 at Willow Branch Health and Rehabilitation in McMinnville following an extended illness.
A former employee of Raintree Manor and Federal Mogul and member of Brown's Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, she was the daughter of Tommie Ford Brown of McMinnville and the late Cecil Wade. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by brothers, Ernest Wade and Douglas Ford; sisters, Tina Wade and Lois Wade Cason and grandparents, Frank and Mabel Ford.
In addition to her mother, Ms. Wade is survived by sisters, Constance Malone, Edna (Francisco) Sifuentes and Munice (Michael) Harris all of McMinnville; brothers, Bill Martin of McMinnville and Greg Wade of Gallatin, TN; aunts, Jeanette Strode, Janice King and Nora (Henry) Arnold all of McMinnville; uncle, Paul Ford; nieces and nephews, Laticia (John) Vaughn, Demond (Heather) Wade, Jason (Deeann) Wade, Ryan Malone, Samuel (Connie) Lopez, Shandra Mejia and Montserrat Sifuentes and several great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 17, 2024 in High's Chapel with Pastor Ramon Wyatt to officiate and read the eulogy. Interment will follow in Leesburg Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service at High's.
