McMinnville, TN resident and Chattanooga, Hamilton County, TN native Charles Eugene Bradshaw, age 87, was born January 28, 1936, and passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on December 17, 2023 at NHC in McMinnville. Charles was a member of McMinnville Church of God, and exemplified being a Christian by his kind and caring nature, helping others no matter their status. Charles graduated from Chattanooga Central High School in 1955, and upon graduating he went to work for Dixie Yarn in Chattanooga. In 1969 he moved to Warren County where he was employed with Carrier Corporation, retiring after 24 years. Later he was employed by Carpet Beauty Cleaning Services. Charles was a 3rd Degree Mason of almost 70 years, being a member of Ezel Lodge #381 Free and Accepted Masons. Charles was the seventh of eight children, and was preceded in death by parents, Albert Cecil and Dora Lou Rogers Bradshaw; brothers, sisters and their spouses, Mildred Lee (M.C.) Gravitt, Anna Bell (William) Sherrill, Alvin Britton (Betty) Bradshaw, Molly Juanita (Paul) Jones, Frances Virginia (William E.) Page, William Frealin Bradshaw, James Edward “Jim” (Wanda) Bradshaw and step-granddaughter, Ginny Lee Prince. Charles is survived by his devoted and loving wife of 51 years, Janice Ruth Fults Bradshaw of McMinnville, TN; daughters and their spouses, Denise (Ronnie) Prince of McMinnville, TN and Amy (Matt) Bush of Murfreesboro, TN; grandchildren, Cody Prince and Cory (Kelsey) Prince, all of McMinnville, TN and Ian and Landon Bush, both of Murfreesboro, TN; great-grandson, Odie Lee Prince; step-granddaughter, Julia Prince; sister-in-law, Martha Bradshaw of Tullahoma, TN; brother-in-law Clark (Kathy) Fults of McMinnville, TN; daughter, Pam Reynolds of Jacksonville, FL; grandchildren, Bethany and Michael of Jacksonville, FL; several nieces and nephews; special cousins, Glenda Malone, Sandra Freeze, Brenda Cripps and June Vanatta and many friends. Funeral Service will be 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 21, 2023 in High’s Chapel with Bro. Jeff Page and Bro. Tommy Burke officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. View Cemetery in McMinnville. Visitation will be Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at High’s.
