McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County, TN native Clyde Edmond Kirby, age 64, was born March 2, 1959 and died suddenly on February 5, 2024 at his residence.
A retired truck driver from D. Woodlee Nursery, he was the son of the late Edmond Blocher and Rebecca Nola Woodlee Kirby. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sister, Sue Kirby Smith and brother-in-law, Chris Simmons.
He was married to Lori Kirby of McMinnville, TN on June 10, 1985. In addition to his wife, Mr. Kirby is survived by son, Brandon Kirby of Morrison, TN; daughter, Ashley (Landon) King of Beersheba Springs, TN; grandchildren, Braxton, Lucas and Layla; sister, Martha Kirby of McMinnville, TN; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Lanny and Barbara Wanamaker; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Barry and Donna Wanamaker and Brian and Cindy Wanamaker; sister-in-law, Leigh Simmons and several nieces, nephews, cousins and camping friends.
Per Mr. Kirby’s wishes, he will be cremated. Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Saturday, February 10, 2024 at High Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Learning House in memory of Tucker Lewandowski.
