Daniel Leonard Fleisher

McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County native Daniel Leonard Fleisher, age 75, was born March 4, 1949 and died December 8, 2024 at his residence following an extended illness.

He was a United States Army veteran of Vietnam, former employee of Porter Roofing and of the Protestant faith. Mr. Fleisher was the son of the late Raymond A. and Gertrude Newcome Fleisher. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Dickie Fleisher and Louie Fleisher and uncles, Terry Newcome and Robert “Kitty” Newcome.

He is survived by daughters, Teresa Northcutt of Hillsboro, TN and Peggy (Josh) Melton of McMinnville; grandchildren, Zach Northcutt and Dallis Melton and special nephew, Cody (Brooke) Walker and family.

Graveside service and interment will be held at 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at Mt. View Cemetery in McMinnville with Jeff Lance to officiate. Full military honors will be administered by VFW Post 5064 and American Legion Post 173. Visitation will be Tuesday from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at High’s.
