Danny Gale Owen

McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County, TN native Danny Gale Owen, age 68, was born August 21, 1954 and died July 25, 2023 at his residence following a brief illness. 

A former employee of Dezurik for 26 years and a retired shipping clerk from Lewis Bakery, he was the son of the late Adam Milburn Owen and Twila Underwood. 

Mr. Owen was married to Sandra “Sandi” Crouch Owen of McMinnville, TN on November 30, 1973. In addition to his wife, he is survived by three children, Kenneth (Michelle) Owen of Morrison, TN and Kevin Owen and Brandi (Jason) Evans, both of McMinnville, TN; nine grandchildren, Kayla Blair, Adam Owen, Tia Owen, Damian Owen, Alexandra Owen, Alyssa Owen, Treyton Owen, Kaylee Evans and Kamia Owen; three great-grandchildren, Devin Blair, Jayden Baker and Waylon McCormick; twin brother, Roger Dale (Gayle) Owen of LaVergne, TN; sister, Sheryl (Tony) Crouch of the Centertown Community; several nieces and nephews; brothers-in-law; sisters-in-law and numerous cousins. 

Funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Friday, July 28, 2023 in High’s Chapel with Robby Black and Bobby Wheeler officiating. Burial will follow at Talbert Cemetery in Cannon County, TN. Visitation will be Thursday from 12:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Friday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at High Funeral Home.
