McMinnville resident and Warren County native Deborah "Debby" Elaine Glenn, age 71, was born July 9, 1949 and died March 13, 2021 at St. Thomas Midtown Hospital in Nashville, TN following a two-month illness. The office manager with Mayfield Lumber and member of the Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Virgil Lee and Ruby Frances Mitchell Glenn. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Ada Mayfield; brother, Don Glenn; nephew, Jeff Mayfield; niece, Jalesia Hansen and brother-in-law, Bill Rymer. "Debby" is survived by a sister, Jimmie Rymer of McCaysville, GA; brother-in-law, Bob Mayfield of McMinnville; sister-in-law, Pam Glenn of McMinnville; nephews and nieces, Leland (Ann) Rymer of McCaysville, GA, Amy (Charles) Layne of Franklin, TN, David (Janice) Mayfield of McMinnville, Becca Loper of Huntland, TN and Tim Hansen of McMinnville; eight great-nephews and great-nieces and nine great-great-nephews and great-great-nieces of whom she considered her children; many cousins and many, many friends. "Debby" loved to cook and bake of which most of you have experienced! A graveside service and interment will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at Salem Cemetery with Wayne Cantrell officiating. Friends are to meet at the cemetery for the graveside service.
