McMinnville resident and Menifee County, KY native Deborah Gisele Stephens, age 66, was born September 7, 1957 and died March 21, 2024 at St. Thomas River Park Hospital in McMinnville following a brief illness. A retired secretary with A.O. Smith, she was the daughter of the late Harley and Treva Sons Moore. She was married to Glennwood Stephens who preceded her in death. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by brother, Roger Moore; sister, Shirley McClanahan and niece, Bobby Joe. She was married to Clarence Rayburn of McMinnville. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Stephens is survived by daughter, Alicia McKenzie of McMinnville; step-daughters, Mary Rayburn of McMinnville and Shiela Jewel of Smithville, TN; grandchildren, Alyiah Bandy, Jaiden Morrison, Scotty Rayburn and Steven Jewel; great-grandchildren, Laylynn McNutt and Rayah McNutt; sister, Betty Moore of Mt.
