Donald Lee Hollandsworth

Rock Island, TN resident and Warren County, TN native Donald Lee Hollandsworth, age 74, was born March 18, 1947 and died January 29, 2022 at NHC Healthcare in McMinnville, TN following an extended illness. A United States Army veteran of the Vietnam Era, retired inventory clerk at Bouldin & Lawson, and a member of Emmanuel Church of Christ, he was the son of the late Elmer Lee and Bonnie Lucille Barnes Hollandsworth. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sister, Frances Kay Hollandsworth Bond. Mr. Hollandsworth is survived by children and spouses, Jennifer and David Simpson of Bradyville, TN, Jason and Kim Hollandsworth of McMinnville, TN, Lucky and Kristina Hollandsworth of Shelbyville, TN, and Adam Hollandsworth of McMinnville, TN; grandchildren, Morgan Simpson, Zerian, Reyer, Jagar, Zoe, Cooper Simpson, Alex, Kali Hollandsworth, Christopher Hollandsworth, Latisha Kloosterman, Jessie McKendrik, and Millie Duncan; ten great-grandchildren; siblings and spouses, Johnnie and Donnie Prater of Tracy City, TN, Charlotte Cummings Issacs of Rock Island, TN, John Wayne Hollandsworth of McMinnville, TN, Donna and David Brady of McMinnville, TN, and Sherry Burgin of McMinnville, TN. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 2, 2022 in High’s Chapel with Jason Nunley officiating. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Warren County, TN. Visitation will be Tuesday from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at High’s.
