Donna Gail Grissom

Bone Cave, TN resident and Van Buren County, TN native, Donna Gail Grissom, age 62, was born December 20, 1959 and died July 18, 2022 at her residence following an extended illness. A retired employee of St. Thomas River Park Hospital and a member of Shellsford Baptist Church, she was the daughter of the late Landy Power and Shirley Cunningham Grissom. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sister, Lanita Walling and nephew, Landy Matney. Ms. Grissom is survived by sons, Marty (Kellie) Cowan of Tampa, Florida and Chris (Carrie) Cowan of McMinnville, TN; grandson, Ethan Cowan of McMinnville, TN; granddaughters, Journey Cowan, Gracie Cowan and Christa Cowan all of McMinnville, TN and very special friend, Susan McCormick of McMinnville, TN. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, July 22, 2022 in High’s Chapel with Gene McClure and Jeff Lance officiating. Burial will follow at Long Cemetery in Van Buren County, TN.
