Doris Ann Laura Breedlove Dunlap

McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County, TN native Doris Ann Laura Breedlove Dunlap, age 89, was born November 28, 1934 and died December 28, 2023 at her residence following an extended illness.

A retired self-employed bookkeeper with Dunlap House Movers, Inc. and D & R Tree Service, she attended Oasis Church and was the daughter of the late George E. and Margie Breedlove. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by daughter, Jerri Lynn Burch; sisters, Louise Wright, Billie Jo Witt, Nancy Parker and Melba Glenn and brothers, George, Edgar, Gordan and Frederick Breedlove.

Mrs. Dunlap was married to Jerry Wilson Dunlap of McMinnville, TN on December 27, 1954. In addition to her husband, she is survived by daughter, Suzanne (Lynn) Wilcher of Rock Island, TN; son, Michael (Stephanie) Dunlap of McMinnville, TN; grandchildren, Kelly Suzanne Cowell, Michael Ryan Dunlap, Terran Michelle Dunlap and Tristan Bronson Dunlap and five great-grandchildren, Rylin Dunlap, Dicen Dunlap, Josephine Bakker, Daniel Bakker and Jaxon Xander Green.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Sunday, December 31, 2023 in High’s Chapel with Steve Breedlove and Trent Kell officiating. Burial will follow at New Bybee Chapel Cemetery in Warren County, TN. Visitation will be Saturday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at High Funeral Home.
