Dwayne Corbet Boyd

McMinnville resident and Dekalb County, TN native, age 52, was born December 23, 1970 and died November 14, 2023 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro, TN following an extended illness.           

A machinist with UTC Aerospace and a member of Christ Community Church, he was the son of David and Deborah Boyd of McMinnville. 

In addition to his parents, Mr. Boyd is survived by son, Jesse Boyd of McMinnville; brother, James (Janet) Boyd of McMinnville; niece, Jaylen (Colby) Grissom and nephews, Garrett Arnold, Gabe Arnold and Jaythan Boyd. 

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 18, 2023 in High’s Chapel. Burial will follow at Center Hill Cemetery at Hills Creek in Warren County. Visitation will be Friday from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at High’s.
