Flossie Drue Warren

McMinnville, TN resident and Woodbury, TN native Flossie Drue Warren, age 87, was born March 6, 1934 and died February 1, 2022 at Willow Branch Health and Rehabilitation in McMinnville, TN following an extended illness. A retired bookkeeper with McMinnville Garment Factory and McMinnville Country Club and a member of Bybee Branch Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Houston and Hester Parker Young. She was married to Buell George Warren on January 5, 1952 who preceded her in death on February 18, 2017. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by sister, Gladys (Bob) Prater and brother, Millard “Buck” (Jean) Young. Mrs. Warren is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Terry and Teresa Warren of McMinnville, TN; granddaughter, Melia Warren of Chattanooga, TN; nieces and nephews, Pam and Mike Jordan, Jeff and Roxanne Prater all of McMinnville, TN; Kim and Angie Young of Woodbury, TN; Renee and Monty Patterson of Murfreesboro, TN; several great-nieces and nephews; special friends, Janie (Charlie) Adams of McMinnville, TN; extended family , Bobby Morgan, Phyllis Diane Vanatta and Jared Vanatta all of McMinnville, TN. A Celebration of Life will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, March 6, 2022 in High's Chapel with Tony Lawrence and Roger Brown officiating.
