Frances Carolyn Duvall

Frances Carolyn Duvall, age 92, a Van Buren County, TN resident and Allensville, KY native was born August 5, 1926 and passed away February 27, 2019 in St. Thomas River Park Hospital following an extended illness. She was a homemaker, member of First Baptist Church and daughter of the late D.D. and Thursa Harper Deason. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Kearney R. Duvall, Sr.; four brothers, Richard, Barnett, Drane and Thomas Deason; and sisters, Helen Garton and Virginia Deason. Mrs. Duvall is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Kearney Robert (Bob) and Linda Duvall, Jr. of Alamo, TN, David W. and Mary Louise Duvall of Manchester, TN and James B. (Jim) and Lesa Duvall of Doyle, TN; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brother, Dr. Dewey Deason of Franklin, TN; several nieces and nephews; and beloved physician, Dr. Bryan Chastain. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 8, 2019 at First Baptist Church with Dennis Duvall to officiate. Interment will follow in Shady Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. Friday until the time of service at the Church. There will be no service or visitation at High’s. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Hope Center of Warren County, 203 W. Main St. Ste. 12, McMinnville, TN 37110.
