McMinnville, TN resident and Coffee County, TN native Frances England, age 84, was born March 14, 1938 and died April 6, 2022 at her residence following an extended illness. A retired cashier from Walmart and member of McMinnville First Freewill Baptist Church, she was the daughter of the late Ernest Walden and Bessie Lowery Walden Floyd. She was married to John England of McMinnville, TN on September 12, 1958. In addition to her husband, Mrs. England is survived by two sons, Randy England (Neva) and Gary England (Pam), both of McMinnville, TN; two grandchildren, Jessica Simmons (Nathan) of Cleveland, TN and Victoria England Nelson (Jared) of Tullahoma, TN; three great-grandchildren, Mabel Grace Nelson, Neil Simmons and Thomas Simmons; three step-grandchildren, Albert Frasier (Abi) of Rock Island, TN, Andy Frasier of Cookeville, TN and Curtis Frasier (Jenny) of Boise, ID; five step-great-grandchildren, Thor, August, Aiden, Elias and Alden Frasier; three sisters, Betty Smith of Cookeville, TN, Ola Yates of McMinnville, TN and Helen Hutchings (Don) of Soddy Daisy, TN; half-brother, Timothy Floyd (Carol) of Denver, CO and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 8, 2022 in High’s Chapel with Brett Cook and Bill Eversole officiating. Burial will follow at Smyrna Cemetery in Warren County, TN. Visitation will be Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Friday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at High’s. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Smyrna Cemetery.
