Frances Lucille Slaughter Butcher, age 84, a Warren County, TN resident and native was born December 17, 1934 and passed away September 17, 2019 in Raintree Manor following an extended illness. She was a retired home health caregiver, member of Madison Street Baptist Church and daughter of the late Jessie Eli and Grace Lee Fults Slaughter. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers and four sisters. Survivors include two daughters, Lisa McGee of McMinnville and Teena McGee Mabe of Rock Island; son and daughter-in-law, John Dennis and Brenda McGee of Summitville; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sisters, Eva Nell Bess and husband G.D., Wilma Brock and Hallie Warren all of McMinnville; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Graveside service and interment will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 21, 2019 in Center Hill Cemetery at Hills Creek with J.T. Best to officiate. There will be no service or visitation at High’s. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to help purchase a headstone.
