Fred Malcolm Stubblefield

McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County, TN native Fred Malcolm Stubblefield, age 76, was born June 4, 1946 and died July 22, 2022 at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro, TN following an extended illness. A United States Army veteran of Vietnam, he was the son of the late Robert Glenn and Otelia Sinks Stubblefield. Mr. Stubblefield is survived by two sons, Gary Lee (Elisabeth) Stubblefield of Chattanooga, TN and Jim Bob (Michelle) Stubblefield of McMinnville, TN; one daughter, Shawna Stubblefield Partin of McMinnville, TN; eight grandchildren, Hunter, Logan, Keenan, Fawn, Spencer, Orion, Telia and Sophia; three great-grandchildren, Mason, Colt and Sarah; two brothers, Jessie Robert Stubblefield and Larry Edward Stubblefield, both of McMinnville, TN; nephews, Steven Stubblefield and Matthew Stubblefield, both of McMinnville, TN and nieces, Sandra Lyle and Amanda Johnson, both of McMinnville, TN. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, July 25, 2022 in High’s Chapel with Ryan Crips officiating. Burial will follow at Smyrna Cemetery in Warren County, TN. Visitation will be Sunday from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Monday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at High’s. Full military honors will be administered by the Tennessee Army National Guard Military Funeral Honor Guard, American Legion Post 173 and VFW Post 5064.
