James Larry Bouldin, age 72, a McMinnville resident and Warren County native was born April 3, 1947 and passed away November 13, 2019 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center following an extended illness. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of Vietnam, a retired tool and die maker, and the son of the late James Parker and Ruby Carter Bouldin. He was married April 8, 1972 to Deborah Sue Jordan Bouldin who survives. In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughters, Angela Michelle Haston of Tullahoma, TN and Bridgette Lynn Owen of Dowelltown, TN; four grandchildren, Kassey Haston, Rosalee Haston, Daniel Edward Owen, and James Tommy Owen; two brothers, David Randall Bouldin of McMinnville, TN and Joey Edward Bouldin of Nashville, TN; and two sisters, Betty Sue Bond of McMinnville, TN and Janie Cope of Baker Mountain Community. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 16, 2019 in High’s Chapel. Burial will follow in Armstrong Cemetery with military grave rites conducted by VFW Post 5064 and American Legion Post 173. Visitation will be Friday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at High’s.
