James Charles “J.C.” Bouldin, age 91, a McMinnville, TN resident and Warren County native was born May 14, 1928 and passed away January 11, 2020 at St. Thomas River Park Hospital following a brief illness. A retired lathe operator with Dezurik, and a member of Grange Hall Church of Christ, he was the son of the late Bryan and Demma Roberts Bouldin. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by three sisters, Pauline McCormick, Birdie Grissom, and Emma Pope. Mr. Bouldin was married August 10, 1946 to Rosie Lee Holt Bouldin. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Carol (Phillip) Killian of Morrison, TN and Pam (Terry) Odineal of Morrison, TN; four grandchildren, Matthew (Allison) Killian of McMinnville, TN, Melissa Killian of Morrison, TN, Sean (Riki) Odineal of Dunlap, TN, and Davey Odineal (Anne White) of Antioch, TN; great-grandchild, Rosemary Odineal; brother, Wilmus (Wanda) Bouldin of Morrison, TN; sister, Martha (Rayburn) Holt of Morrison, TN; sister-in-law, Earline Vickers of Morrison, TN; special niece, Devita Cantrell and several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in High’s Chapel with James Nelson officiating. Burial will follow in Bascom Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Meals on Wheels.
