Chattanooga, TN resident and Warren County, TN native Janie Ann France, age 71, was born June 2, 1951 and died December 15, 2022 at her residence following a short illness.
An employee of Precision Molding and of the Baptist faith, she was the daughter of the late Arvil Ray and Laura Ruth Bouldin Caldwell. She was married to Bill France, Jr. who preceded her in death in December of 2001. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by grandchild, Kristin Luna; brother, Steve Caldwell and sister, Angie Caldwell.
Ms. France is survived by three children, Teddy (Tony) Luna of Chattanooga, TN, Eddie (Diana) Luna of Hillsboro, TN and Jeanette (Kenny) Scott of McMinnville, TN; five grandchildren, Rylan Luna, Amber (Bradly) Mackay, Kaitlyn Scott, Sydney Scott and Treven Maeve (Nikko) Ruppert; two great-grandchildren, Caroline and Matthew; sister, Delaina Asbell of McMinnville, TN and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, December 18, 2022 in High’s Chapel with Kevin Clark officiating. Visitation will be Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at High’s. Per Ms. France’s wishes, she was cremated. Graveside inurnment at Dekalb Memorial Gardens will be held Thursday, December 22, 2022 at 11:00 a.m.
