Jeffrey Lee McPeak

McMinnville resident and White County, TN native Jeffrey Lee McPeak, age 69, was born July 6, 1954 and died January 22, 2024 at Alive Hospice in Murfreesboro, TN following a brief illness. A United States Army and United States Navy veteran, retired nurse from Alvin C. York Veterans’ Administration Medical Center in Murfreesboro, TN and a member of the Church of Christ, he was the son of the late Joe L. and Dora M. Wigington McPeak. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by grandparents, Joe E. and Martha "Cole" McPeak, Oakley Wigington and Lavina Chandler Wigington. Mr. McPeak is survived by two sons, Christopher L. McPeak of Janesville, WI and Michael K. McPeak of Porter, TX; three grandchildren, Erina, Ciara and Lila McPeak, all of Texas; siblings, Kerry McPeak of Van Buren County, J. Brent McPeak of Rock Island, TN and Vanessa Panter of McMinnville and several nieces and nephews. Per Mr. McPeak’s wishes, he will be cremated. A private family inurnment will be held at Mt.
