Joan Carol "Joanie" Davis

McMinnville, TN and Warren County native Joan Carol "Joanie" Davis, age 62, was born March 5, 1962 and died June 21, 2024 at her residence following an extended illness.

An employee of PolyFlex and member of Smyrna Church of Christ, she was the daughter of Jean Killian Brady and the late Richard L. Davis. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by step-father, Theron Daniel Killian II; brother, Daryl Killian and sister, Connie Webb.

Joanie leaves many good memories behind. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her partner and friend, Ricky A. McCormick; step-father, Dexter Brady; sister, Sherry (Ricky) Hughes; brothers, Daniel Killian and Gary Young and three nieces and one nephew.

Graveside service and interment will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at Smyrna Cemetery with Ronnie Powell to officiate. There will be no service or visitation at High's. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Warren County Animal Control and Adoption Center.
