Katherine Marie Dickerson Striano

Katherine Marie Dickerson Striano, age 65, a McMinnville, TN resident and Lamar, Colorado native was born April 15, 1955 and died December 31, 2020 at her residence following a sudden illness. She was the daughter of the late Carl M. Dickerson, Sr. and Mary Marie Stewart Tucker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by first husband, Dino Striano; brothers, Carl Mickey, Jr., and Darrell Grant, Sr.; nephew, Darrell Grant Dickerson, Jr.; sister, Suzanna Lynn Strong; and niece, Tanya Lynn. Mrs. Striano is survived by brother, George Robert Dickerson; sisters, Kristen, and Betty Jorene Dickerson; nieces, Jennifer (Tim) Landaal, Mary Elizabeth Tatham, Stephanie Jorene Tatham, and Heather (David) Vowles; nephews, Jeremy (Casey) Dickerson, Daniel Dickerson, David Dickerson, Gregory Dean (Kerry) Strong, and Jerod Michael George Dickerson. Numerous great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins also survive. Mrs. Striano was a free spirit who loved nature and enjoyed gardening. She was loved by her family and her friends, who were always there for her. While we cannot gather for her home going, we can lift her up with our love and prayers. She will be laid to rest beside her loving husband, Fredrick Michael Bryson, on the property they shared.
