Linda Ann Turner Farmer

McMinnville resident and Warren County native Linda Ann Turner Farmer, age 76, was born March 12, 1948 and died September 10, 2024 at her residence following an extended illness. 

A retired employee of The Southern Standard and Warren County News and a member of the Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Charlie Price and Nina Grissom Turner. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by grandparents, Doc and Alice Grissom. 

She was married to Ron Farmer of McMinnville on June 9, 1978. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Farmer is survived by daughter, Shannon (Phillip) Teeters of Morrison, TN; grandchildren, Haley (Dustin) Atchley of Estill Springs, TN, Hilary (Bo) Davis of Cookeville, TN and Heidy-Lin Teeters of Morrison, TN and great-grandchildren, Zoey and Ember Atchley and Lainey Davis. 

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, September 13, 2024 in High’s Chapel with Kevin Key and Jeff Page officiating. Burial will follow at Shellsford Cemetery in Warren County. Visitation will be Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Friday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at High’s.
