Linda Faye Johnson

Rock Island, TN resident and Lake County, TN native Linda Faye Johnson, age 78, was born August 4, 1946 and died September 25, 2024 at her residence. 

A retired sewing machine operator and member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles #4190 and Loyal Order of Moose #1725, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Leslie and Nancy Mae Cottham Campbell. Linda was married to Calvin Utah Johnson who preceded her in death. In addition to her parents and first husband, she was preceded in death by son, Thomas Allen Johnson and three siblings, Carl Campbell, Helen Fowler and Tony Campbell. 

She was married to Leland Phillips of Rock Island, TN. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Johnson is survived by two children, Sonya Jones of Manchester, TN and Steven (Cheryl) Johnson of Rock Island, TN; five grandchildren; great-grandson, Noah Briones and two other great-grandchildren; five siblings, Thomas Campbell, William Campbell, Danny Campbell, Melba Steiner and Rhonda Choat and several nieces and nephews. 

Per Mrs. Johnson’s wishes, she will be cremated. A private family service will be held. No service or visitation will be held at High’s.
