Lucile Rogers Hinkle, age 92, a Warren County, TN resident and native was born September 21, 1925 and died March 15, 2018 in St. Thomas River Park Hospital following a brief illness.She was a homemaker, former House Parent at Sunny Acres Children’s Home, member of the Church of Christ at Dibrell and daughter of the late Haskel and Ethel Green Curtis. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by first husband, James Rogers; second husband, Charles Hinkle; sister, Louise Bost; brothers, J.G. Curtis and Charles Curtis; grandchild, James Ryan Delong; step-grandchild, Rick Baker; and step-son-in-law, Bill BakerMrs. Hinkle is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Tom and Janice Rogers of McMinnville; three daughters and sons-in-law, Brenda and Jerry Foster and Debbie and Mark Johnston all of McMinnville , Judy and Al Dodd of Cookeville; step-son and wife, Gerald and Patty Hinkle of Lynchburg; two step-daughters and husbands, Charlotte and Charles Rogers of Tullahoma, Dian and Tim Preston of Manchester; seven grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchildren; fifteen step-grandchildren; seventeen step-great-grandchildren; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Ireland and Ann Curtis and Raymond and Dot Curtis all of McMinnville.Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 17, 2018 in High’s Chapel with Bro. Doug Bost and Derek Stiles to officiate. Interment will follow in Morrison Cemetery.
