Martha Ellen Bell Lefevers

Springfield, TN resident and Warren County native Martha Ellen Bell Lefevers, age 84, was born February 16, 1937 and died September 15, 2021 at her residence following a brief illness. A homemaker and member of the Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Elbert and Wilthan Parker Bell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Barbara Berry, Willie Hittell and Mary Fuson and three brothers, James Leslie "Buck" Bell, Douglas Bell and David Wayne Bell. Mrs. Lefevers was married March 21, 1957 to Houston Lefevers of Springfield, TN. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Debra and Johnny Smith of Springfield, TN; granddaughter and her husband, Christy and Brian Bunn of Springfield, TN; two great-grandchildren, Peyton Henderson and Preston Elliott both of Springfield, TN; sister, Betty Pack of Morrison, TN; brother, Pete Bell of Morrison, TN and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 17, 2021 in High's Chapel with Bill Hall officiating. Burial will follow in the Bascom Cemetery.
